Early-bird registration and abstract submission end on 31st March. Late registration closes on 30th April 2021.

Presentations

There will be both oral presentations and posters. As there will be no parallel sessions, the number of contributed oral presentations is limited and we may have to ask some people wishing to present a talk to change their presentation into a poster. The decision on this will be made, with the help of an international committee, by the 30th April.

Abstract submission is done after logging into the conference web pages after registration is completed (but they can be submitted even before payment is done). Abstracts should be no longer than 2000 characters including spaces.

Conference fees

The fee includes online access to the conference web pages through which all the programs are accessible.

The regular early bird (before 31st March 2021) registration fee is EUR 40. The discounted registration fee for students (PhD, Msc) is EUR 30. Additional discount of EUR 10 is provided to all GfÖ members (only valid for early bird registration).

After 31st March 2021, the registration fee is EUR 50 for all participants.

Payment terms

All payments should be made without bank charges to the organizers.

It is possible to pay both in EUR and in CZK.

Cancellations: For cancellations of registrations received before 1st April 2021, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1st April 2021. Notification of cancellation must be sent via email to popbio2021@ibot.cas.cz.

Do you have any message to organizers concerning your registration you want to mention? If you are from Institute of Botany, CAS, do not send the money to the bank account, note the institutional number of your project here and wait until within institute payment request in IBIS.
